Pilates is a great form of exercise where we will focus on balance, coordination, range of motion, core control, posture and breathing.
Classes are mat focused and also incorporates foam rollers, stability balls, bosu trainers, core circles and therabands.
Please note evening group classes are full.
Small group classes can be arrange.

Sokkie/Wedding Dance Classes
Are you getting married? Going to a wedding or a function? Or just want some quality time with your loved one, while learning to dance?
In these classes I will teach you the basics of sokkie, how to lead and follow and turn.
For wedding couples I want your day to be special where you can dance the night away with confidence.
We also work on your first dance.
